    Must have!

    It's a must have for serious runners and older runners like me. It will help make sure one is "running with correct form" as not to injure something. LOTS of metrics to look at for feedback after run. I'm coming off an injury and I know lots of runners get injuries so it's better to see what may be going wrong earlier. Maybe a bit pricy but much cheaper than injuries.
