Purchased a GPU that was listed as "New", when it arrived it was missing cables, bags were torn open and the GPU was not sealed nor did it have it's protective film on. The seller never gave me a refund or replied to any of my messages, so I had to do a chargeback through PayPal. They didn't reply to the chargeback either. I bought the item on the 15th of February, it has taken 2 months to sort this out. Abysmal.

The seller was also timely in getting it delivered within a couple of days of order. Only issue I had was USPS losing it in transit for a bit after it arrived to the U.S, making it several weeks late. Though this obviously isnt the fault of the seller.
