    Not the same isehan eyeliner. NOT A GOOD QUALITY

    I've bought many isehan eyeliner from Japan and this one is NOT A GOOD QUALITY. It smudges all over after just wearing few hours, even with eye make up base. colour is not as vivid. Very disappointed.
