Communication was second to none. Shipping was very fast and packaging was done with care. The Radio is exactly as described as it is brand new in an unopened box. It's worth noting that the instruction manual is ALL written in Japanese and the radio is set up for Japanese laws. If you want the radio to have unlimited text and receive you have to remove a small diode.
