    Before the kid's stories--

    This uses parody to introduce truth-- to show where the connections in failure can help uncover more than expected. And it is an adult book, that makes adults think, and uses the cast as a way of making fun of those who feel only one way can ever be right. And later he wrote for kids-- and it worked for them, too. .
