    I ordered 2 containers to try it out to see if I would like it. Following the directions: 1st Try - Put 3 TBS to cup added 100ml water & mixed with a fork. Found it was harder to get if fully dissolved and left it a bit grainy. Taste not great/not bad but drinkable. 2nd Try - Put 3 TBS to cup added 100 ml water in small amounts mixing it together before adding more. This gave better less grainy results. Have only taken it for 5 days. If improved memory results, it will be worth it.

    For me - the Vanilla & Banana flavor was...

    For me - the Vanilla & Banana flavor was tolerable but tried the Lemon and Orange which I prefer. Mixing the two until the Vanilla & Banana is gone. When mixing water and powder - try adding the water is small amounts making a paste then add more and more until all water is mixed in.

    Souvenda would recommend it to anybody with Alzheimer's
