    Great time saver

    This is the best buy by far. I've had smaller, different style urns, bit this one is, by dar, the best one. It holds much more water, has a adjustable thermostat and an easy to use spigot. I might get something to insulate the skin for winter, but it's doing well now that the weather is warming up.

    Didn't last as long as I thought it would - got what i paid for.

    Expected this urn to last longer than it did. We only used it for morning tea after church for about 30 cups each Sunday and it didn't last a year. It was 'cheap', I know, compared to other urns available, but the last urn I bought on ebay (different to this one, and I couldn't find it a second time to purchase it again) now seemed much better value - I wasn't surprised / didn't feel ripped off when that one stopped working.

    I would recommend it to others

    The only thing that needs to change is the maximum fill line, I filled it up to the recommended maximum fill line but when it boiled it splashed over the lid and all over the bench and didn't turn off, so the next time I didn't fill it as high and it worked great

    Not good

    It was good for a little while then it stopped working. Didn’t work for long. I looked after it so well cause it’s nice and big for all relatives but then it didn’t last very long. It just stopped working and won’t turn on at all.
