Hard to tell if any had been taken out. The underlay was in plastic but the ends were ripped off and open and was dirty on the edge. Kept the item as going under carpet but for a new item not happy and was considering to give Negative feed back but I think the problem lies with the delivery company. Please change delivery company or they are going to ruin your business.

Both done by professional carpet fitters from carpet right. They use same product at their shops, but these cost half the price!
