    I ordered the on Sept 20 and paid via credit card. The website states that orders will be shipped within 2 days of purchase, however on day 6, I finally requested to have it shipped. My order arrived on Sept 30. Mugs were wrapped in tissue paper and no notes on the box stating this was a breakable item. 5 of the 8 mugs and the creamer were broken upon delivery. The seller and I reached agreement that they will refund me 20.00 and I will keep the unbroken mugs. 4 days later and I have no refund

    I allowed the buyer to keep the wrong coins that he paid for it and refunded what he paid for immediately. Why did he give that feedback? I could have refunded his money and ask tell him I was sorry for my mistake. Is that fair for him to give that feed back?
