When I contacted the seller with this issue (with photos attached) he tried to blame the courier for the damage instead of apologizing for sending me a pair of new boots in damaged box that made the purchase look cheap & nasty..Reply from: warehouse-pro- Feedback replied by seller warehouse-pro.- Feedback replied by seller warehouse-pro.Apologised for the outer shoe box arriving damaged as well as offered to return for refund- twice- thankfully the boots arrived as advertised and undamaged, just the shoe box got squashed in the corner.
