    Best cereal

    I love this cereal as it has no added sugar and contains flax seed. Wished it was the bigger box as I go through one this size in about 3 days!. Used to be able to buy it at Kroger, not anymore. Not popular enough to keep it in store, so now resolved to getting it online. Thank you.

    Flour-Free, Sugar-Free, and High in Fiber and Omega-3's

    If you suffer with food addiction, heart disease or diabetes, eating this cereal for breakfast (every morning) can literally be a life saver! I enjoy it with a sliced banana and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Just one serving packs in 10 grams of both soluble and insoluble fiber. It is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and has elevated my HDL (GOOD FATS) to a more-than-healthy level. It is LOW GLYCEMIC and will not spike blood sugars. If you suffer from food addiction, Uncle Sam cereal is flour free/sugar free and is simply made from WHOLE (toasted) wheat berries and flaxseeds. Healthy life doesn't get any better than this!

    The Best!!

    Hard to find in stores,even Trader Joe's discontinued it! Been around since 1908-got to be a reason! Boring taste but load it up with blues, blacks, strawbs, grapes, bananas and skim milk and you have the healthiest morning meal (not to mention a laxative 10 times better than yogurt or prunes- throw a prune in there and run for the hills)! The best, even the kids love it if you sweeten it up with naturals.
