    Receiver did not come with remote or other accessories

    The receiver worked great, BUT it did not come with ANY accessories or even the remote. In fact, the whole thing was shipped in a random cardboard box.Without the remote the entire thing is basically unusable. I had to drive to Bestbuy to replace it. Not happy. Hopefully the replacment will have everything in the box.
