Only thing is if you have hard wood or bamboo flooring where you are mounting this too ,pre drill your holes the screws supplied only give you one chance ,so if you need to pull them back out to adjust ,they tend to snap off. Also had one of these on a work sight ,it’s still there going strong ,I’m pretty sure it’s been there over five years . Not used every Day but regularly when on-site.
