    Best early defence against nasty winter colds

    I live in Australia where this product for some reason isn't available. A friend from the UK introduced it to me Basically (and these are my layman terms) how it works is, if you feel you are coming down with something, like a slight sore throat, rightly runny nose etc, I'm sure you get the drift, use it straight away. It's a nasal spray. It prevents the cold from developing, and in my experience knocks or out in less than 24 hours. Brilliant stuff. Highly recommended. Gees, Vicks should pay me for this. Seriously, I have not had a cold in the 4 years I've been using it.

    I love this product

    This is a great product. I always got several bad colds and flu through the year. Now, when I first start to get a sore throat, I use first defence and either it never develops into a cold or it is only short lived. I do have a concern that tamper proof wrapping is needed to ensure safety. My only disappointment is that it is not sold in Australia any more.

    Vicks First Defence, my life saver.

    i use vicks First Defence whenever i feel a cold coming on. I try to always have a couple on the shelf, and i find that with prompt use, i can generally avoid a cold. i have tried other recommended products, but nothing works as well, i use it as directed on the package, and continue for a couple of days after symptoms are gone.. i would not like to be without this nasal spray.

    It works!

    I’ve been using this stuff for years and it works a treat as long as you start using it at the start of a cold or even before you have one. Whenever my kids get sick, I start using this and i never catch what they have. Fantastic stuff!
