In my case i might now try something more tailored towards teeth grinding and less feeling like I'm back at school on a rugby field. Don't get me wrong, these prevent grinding my teeth away at night and are a good, cheap, temporary band-aid, until i find something better fitting (and probably more expensive). For everyone else who plays football or trains in boxing, these would be good too. There is another type of small little grind guard on ebay that is a nasty choking hazard that shoud be illegal to sell, and I am thankful that these mouthguard style ones are available because these ones are really nice, these ones are really safe and healthy to use, I appreciate them a lot thankyou!
