      A bit disappointing

      Difficult to rate this product. When it works it is excellent, but when it doesn't it is really frustrating. I have used it with the recommended stihl line and there appears to be be two issues. The line tends to break at metal outlet of the spool and When line is respooled it often crosses and hence the bump function will not work. The instructions are really minimal and don't address the above mentioned issues. Once I learned how to take it apart to address the above problems it became much easier to operate

      Improvement on old type of strimmer head

      Improvement on old style strimmer head. Easy to thread and load with strimmer line. The line still tends to snap at the metal bushes where it comes out of the head.
