    You need a little luck

    I can't say anything bad about the product. It is easy to setup but it did not work well in my house. I think it has more to do with the age of my house (22 years) than the product. I would use caution trying to use new technology with older wiring.

    Works great after some trail and error

    I wanted to pipe wifi from my home to a detached metal shop that is over 100 feet away but is powered from a 60 amp breaker from the house. I have the modem side plugged directly into a socket (no power strip or extension cord) and fouls it nest to first link the 2 devices in the same room, then proceed to the shop and try different plugs. If it would not connect after a while (20 minutes to a day even) I would take it back inside to the same room, reestablish connection and try another plug in the shop. I eventually found one that would work and the system has reconnected itself even after power failures and even while the house was under backup generator power. Adding this also allowed me to connect my shops security dvr allowing me to keep an eye on things out there remotely as well. An ...
