The reason your Ray-Bans make a squeaking nose is because when they are made the inlay of the frames are made slightly larger, then the frames are heated to easily install the glass lenses and glass lenses can easily crack, but after installing the lenses and it cools down and sets, there can sometimes be a small space left in between the lens and frame which causes the the squeak.
