As advertised, you'll need a NITTO 1/4" male fitting to replace the Chineseium one supplied. It comes with easy to follow instructions for use and warning to not apply more than 100 psi to the tester from your compressor. The only weak spot over time might be the pressure regulator, but they're cheap to replace anyway. If your not using this tool on a regular basis, it's well worth the asking price. Accuracy of gauges isn't important, you'll hear the leak easily.
