They then took a long time to respond to my request for a refund, but offered me a partial refund, (half the value, plus £5 for my trouble). However, they did not send the refund and time passed. eBay had to step in to settle the refund for me (and gave me the full amount). This was altogether a very poor experience and I will not be using them again...
