Tracking details subsequently provided were not for the package received and tracking details for the package received show it received by Australia post 2/01/25, not 19/12/24. It is important to us so we can improve our service. Unfortunately in this case there was a substantial delay due to machinery breakdown And Christmas delays. We try very hard to manufacture as quick as we can and send out on time. The postage delay was due to Christmas deliveries being held up by Aus post.
