They offered to resend or refund. I ask to resend and I was told the item was out of stock even though it was still listed. I notified the seller and he said oops, he was checking the wrong item. The second time I did receive it in good condition but it took three weeks! I still posted positive feed back because he stayed in contact and after all it was a $10 item!
