    Great little product for home shredding

    I had a mountain of documents I'd saved up to be shredded, given the appropriate breaks and emptied after approx. 10 pages, this product worked perfectly. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend this product for small to medium home shredding jobs.

    should have purchased a larger unit.

    it worked well until it jammed on one side , I kept the size of A4 ,it took some considerable time to clear the blades only to repeat the error again. to me I'll use it again but I'll reduce the volume to less than 3 sheet

    Not good value

    Purchased this product as I thought it would do small household shredding and it was low cost. After receiving item commenced to use it and after a couple of minutes it stopped working, even though the instructions said no more than 2 minutes. I left it cool down for a couple of hours and then commenced to use it again. It stopped again after a couple of minutes, let it cool down and then it would not work in a forward motion but only in reverse. Cut the cable and threw it in the bin. I wasn't going to go through the hassle of sending it back and waiting for another one as it was only worth $50. Purchased a better quality one at local store for a few more dollars whic does an excellent job.

    Not bad, but would not recommend the product to any one as a bargain buy for what you get.

    Not exactly what was pictured in the advertisement, the shredder top part does not cover the open part of the bin completely, has gaps around the top, the advert does not make that clear in the photo. Shreds well though, 6 out of 10 score.

    Useless piece of equipment. Only worked for 5 mins.

    I complained regarding this shredder and hoped I would receive a reply from you and have not to date. It's useless and has not worked since I bought it. It's disgusting you would even sell it to people Keeps getting stuck with even 2 sheets of paper
