The local courier refused to deliver unless we inspect. Luckily it was only the packaging that was damaged. The pallet quality was inferior and the splitter covered with only 1 layer of carboard. Not good enough given we paid $300 to ship. Also the instructions are back to front, pictures dont match the machine. It was useless.Also no handle to pull with as shown in video
