The actual pillow I received in plastic didn't come sealed for some reason, unlike the picture, but it appeared to be new. The pillow is a lot firmer than I expected but then again, some pillows are too soft and lose their shape. This one is gradually getting more comfortable but it's still a bit uncomfortable. The pillowcase is beautiful. You can't get a colour like this in Target

This part is on me I inserted the Doona the wrong way which made me think the cover was the wrong size wrote to the seller, a reply was prompt took pictures with measurements and found my mistake all because the Doona had the label on the side which you normally find at the bottom. Refitted and all is good.
