I messaged the Seller and get a recommended solution. After I tried, it still does not work. Seller arranges a replacement after that. Happy with this as I understand non-OEM may have issues. To be honest, bought many toners for "Brothers" never have any issue. Considering to replace my all printers to "Brothers" later.
