Sealed to me means the box is wrapped in cellophane or there is a round tape at the lid. Still, I would have accepted the purchase if the jar inside carried a seal under the lid. That was not there either. Buyer wanted to return the item, which we promptly worked with her and guided her through a quick and efficient return process. Thank you for your feedback.
