All powder coated items were in good condition with no marks or scratches. Bolts and washers were shrink wrapped so nothing got misplaced. Also supplied spares for each bolt and washer in case you lose something. Installation instructions is a single, easy to follow, pictogram style with each part well numbered for identification. The chair looks great, is comfortable and the mesh keeps you cool. A+

I think the lock position for the upright seating is a little to "upright" but besides that, this seat has adjustments absolutely everywhere. It would have been nice if everything had a lock. I find the arm and back rests moving when I reposition myself. Not a deal breaker though.

Don't know who is at fault but the bed base comes as 3 boxes only 2 boxes arrived and after discussion with the seller and telling them shipping is their responsibility they arranged for the remaining box to be delivered the next day. The courier driver had instruction to leave the boxes on the verandah his laziness left 2 of the boxes in the driveway beside the carport.
