I originally bought some with the charger to give them a try - mainly in my grandson's Hippo night light (it lights up stars on the ceiling and plays lullaby songs). On alkaline batteries, it would last about 3-4 weeks of nightly use, eneloop packs would only last 2weeks at most. These XTar batteries are lasting 6+ weeks. Decided I needed more of them to start replacing the batteries in other devices.
