She would not send me the photinias and insists I ordered zip ties. All emails from ebay ( saying shipped and delivered) say I ordered photinia screens. The only way I could get any of my money back is to mail back the zip ties ( I did not want or need) at a cost to *ME* of $9.95. Do not trust this seller! I tried to upload images but the site is not receiving
