Worked for 2km then stopped and stalled. Firmware upgrade fixed it temporary.. Seller taking me in circles. Don't trust this company. Especially used item. Just want my money back. Scooter currently at one of their repair centre confirming it is faulty and got same issue. Now they want ME to pick it up from there in perth and send it to Segway Sydney. Also their email ra is FAULTY link.
