The vacuum/mop came in a box for another style from the LG brand. I was concerned that the contents didn't have the mop component. So many messages asking for more information from me, no apology until asked for it. An easy fix would be sending some documentation explaining that the image on the box isn't the item purchased and inside you will find 'style ordered'.
