      Seller is not being honest. He had promised to deliver on or before the 17th of Feb but he ended up delivering on the 21st. However, he consented that if he doesn’t deliver on the agreed date, I can start a return for a refund but he never made a full refund. Not sure of eBay’s text policies-would have attached the conversation between me and the seller and of course seller used two accounts!!
