    The 1915 Stuz Bearcat looks brand new not used as advertised. The Franklin Mint tape around the foam container that sealed the car looks it was never cut or opened. I remember that is how the first Franklin models were packaged . The delivery date was made on time and the packaging was so good none of the delicate parts were not damaged. I give the seller an A+. I would buy from this seller again.
