    There was no tracking available, item arrived damaged due to poor packaging. The box was old, taped together, falling apart and the item was wrapped in old bed sheets. The seller did not make any of the process easy. Was forced to repackage/return the broken item, very inconvenient. After the return/refund USPS wants me to bring the item, I no longer have, for inspection based on seller's claim. Little description of the item but the price was ok. Worst customer service worst overall experience.

    Good camera at a great price.

    Good camera. Pretty easy to set up. I do need to reset/ reboot it occasionally because it loses Wireless connection but all in all very good value. It also works with the zosi 8 channel DVR which was a pleasant surprise. You can't pan or tilt from the DVR but you can view it. With the app,pan, tilt, speaker, mic, all nice features. I recommend it
