The real difference makes how one handles them. These guys handled them perfectly, couldn’t think of a better way to do it. Great job, definitely ordering more when needed. The rack is awesome, it does suppress the noise significantly. I run two beefy servers and a couple of power hungry network equipment units close to my office and it handles them great.

The communicator response was the rack ear edge lip does not support the weight. They say photo on ad is outdated. just check out the first photos. inset photo is theirs... main photo is what was delivered. second photo is from their ad. .. Won't be buying from sysracks again. The design is awesome, but the delivery is terrible. Please just do rework on the pieces that are coming in from China before you repackage and ship them out. I did not contact the seller because how do you make this right? I don't want my money back. I want the item pictured. This is the second one for me. The first one I ordered the wrong one and gave to a friend.
