Bought 3 and all have own issues but none work! On-line instruction videos make installation look much easier than reality. Also, wireless remotes don't work well at all. Tempermental at best. The switch and remote works well from other customers' feedbacks and reviews. Installation and assembly is straight forward. It only takes half hour for most installer to assemble it. You always can contact METechs support team if you have any issue and need help. You will enjoy the products for life long once it is properly installed.

- r***i (914)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseI got what I ordered, the price was fair, shipping was fast, unfortunately the battery pack would not fit correctly and I had to use a rubber band and a cardboard shim for it to make correct contact. I can put the old battery pack back in the unit and it does work correctly with no shim or rubber band. Your sweeper battery spring contacts may have become slightly shorter over time, resulting in inadequate contact with the battery. Please use a pair of needle-nose pliers to gently pull the two contact springs upward and test it again. It is always a good idea to ensure that the springs are slightly raised to ensure good contact between the sweeper battery holder, charger, and battery.
