Still no update on shipping or refund, now 8 or 9 days later.Reply from: partscontainer- Feedback replied by seller partscontainer.- Feedback replied by seller partscontainer.We addressed the buyer's issue as soon as they reported it. Since the item wasn't shipped out at the moment when the buyer contacted us, they buyer informed us that they would prefer to cancel the order, which we did and issued a full refund for his purchase. The matter is resolved.
