Our pup is 35lbs and I ordered the medium. I had to tighten it all the way down for it to fit. The medium fit our 45 lb pup perfectly. I am really impressed with the lead I ordered with it.

It seems to be sturdy enough to last a long time. It is reasonably priced. Customer Service was exemplary and that is always a big PLUS!
