Although they refunded for the items, they refused to refund my USA to UK shipping costs, leaving me out of pocket for a time-wasting disappointing transaction! Seller responds to messages well enough (with a smarmy politeness) but takes no responsibility for their errors careless or deliberate. The seller sent 4 pieces that were dessert plates. What?? I brought the discrepancy to the seller's attention expecting the additional pieces would be sent in a separate box. Didn't happen. I was told it was an error in the listing. Error or not, you're responsible for the integrity of your listings and you should send what you post. Bait and switch is not acceptable
