    Ultimate office headset - you can pay more but won't get more

    Excellent sound quality, noise cancellation. Very easy to use controls, lots of nice features (including voicing callers on cellphone, very smooth simultaneous connection to PC and phone, charge w/o plugging in a USB jack, HD Voice..). Very comfortable w/replaceable earpads (I wear mine all day at work). Also, can be easily switched from right-handed to left-handed use. Looking for negatives (product is just that good), the audio quality when listening to music is very good but not excellent, Same for the battery life (note that battery does charge fast and can last all day depending on amount of use). Like the fact that the internal software and settings are updatable through Plantronics Hub (on PC and Android). Last Focus UC (bought slightly used) lasted > 3 years in heavy daily use ...

    Was somewhat disappointed in the distance range

    I was really excited to receive the headset and I had high expectations moreso because they're pretty pricey. The headset is really comfortable but the range is not very much at all. I was expecting to have a better range for the call but my experience is that you can't go too far at all. I only have wireless earbuds and airPods to compare them to and the they don't have the same range as either of the two. I'm not sure if I was expecting too much but I do know that they are priced in the same range as the others but the capabilities do not seem to compare.

    Great eBayer, Great Product!

    I was a bit skeptical about getting these headphones since previous versions had left me wanting, but this headset were just for me. Offering the ability to switch between my phone and my computer based calls on my laptop, makes for a perfect headset that I never have to take off while I’m at the office. On top of that, the sound quality has been better than the Jabra earbuds I had been using. I would recommend these headsets to anyone looking for audio options for the office.

    ASTONISHING HEADSET!

    These headphones with mic could not be better. I use it for dictation with Dragon and my accuracy rate is next to perfect. I use it with my phone and it is as if I am talking to the person in a quiet room. As far as music goes, it is as good as any bluetooth headset I have ever tried. If you want a professional cordless headset that works with its own usb dongle, but also works with your phone's bluetooth and has a microphone that is as good as a high quality corded one - then this product is what you are looking for.

    This is the set to have for Zoom and Mobile phone.

    Good head set to work with Zoom. Auto switches between phone and mobile. Very easy to pair. I take off the set in zoom and it mutes, good feature. Has a little mute button the mic. Although the boom looks short coz it'z not infront of the mouth, but it works just a well. Even without pairing with it's own bluetooth dongle, it works well on my Dell Inspirion Laptop. Voice can be clearly heard over Whatsapp and Zoom. Highly recommend.
