      What happened?

      Ok...so the main reason I purchased from you was because it said it was from Sydney, but now I learn it's coming from USA! I was supposed to receive item by Sep. 9 and its Sep. 16 and I still have no idea where it is! Sorry, but I'm a little unhappy!
