When I received it, half the package was missing and the parts I did get were used! I paid for brand new parts and everything was a mess. Poor packaging to cheap product. I had to order another kit from someone else. NEVER REFUNDED ME EITHER. It's a mistake by our US warehouse. After confirmed with the customer, he didn't want us to resend the incorrect parts, so we refunded. However, he insisted that he had not received the other parts which showed delivered by DHL(we have POD photo). Also he didn't want us to resend but ask for refund. We helped to open the investigation. DHL failed to contact with him for several times. DHL showed all proves for delivery and the contact record.
