    Fantastic product

    So I cut half my finger with a workshop bandsaw and A&E used this stuff to put next to wounds as it doesn't stick or attach to scabs etc. A normal dressing then goes on top of this. I have continued buying and using this product for the las six weeks and it never fails to come off easily without sticking. Fantastic invention.

    Perfect wound contact dressing

    Perfect for wounds that need to be left undisturbed-skin tears for example. Wounds can be cleaned and secondary dressings applied without removing the mepitel thus leaving fragile skin intact.
