Unfortunately, the plugs were COMPLETELY different on my 2000 Excursion, but I was able to just hook up splice connectors (any auto parts store) and use jumper wires -- green on truck to red on light, black always to black, and the existing backup light just gets reused (you can upgrade to LED bulbs if you wish). Good lights, could be brighter, I do wish you could see them from the side, but great other than that. Also installed ebay item 326162039856 for third light. A++
