It does fit my Stihl kombi but the blades are blunt and need to be sharpened prior to first use. There is no support plate/bar to help stabilise blades which leads to bit of sagging. I'm a professional gardener and unfortunately Stihl hedger attachment has an issue with the driveshaft socket breaking. This has cost me just shy off $1000 in 2 new hedger heads within 18months. As I wasn't prepared to do that again I gave this a go.
