They said they tested the item before it left for delivery. Done everything they said to do and showed pictures of damage to packaging. Again they wouldn't listen so I took the device to a electronics repair argent. When opened the there was a broken wire to the 4G antenna. Only then they said it probably happened in the post, der. Cost me $60 to fix plus 220 kilometre round trip.They paid $60
