As a Bluetooth headset it is fine if you sleep on your back and it's nice not having earbuds in. But for me as a side sleeper it is somewhat uncomfortable. The Bluetooth unit on the left ear doubles as a speaker so it's a little thick.. Enough that you'll notice it on the pillow and likely won't be able to sleep on that side. The right side speaker is thinner and somewhat bareable with a soft pillow, but still noticeable.

They stay in place, very comfortable, they are not as good as the more expensive models as it does have all of the features, and it uses older plugs etc. But out of all the cheaper speakers that allow you to listen while you sleep, this is one of the best! Its only slightly under the top of the range ones!
