I did not get a response, and looked up the information- - as follows - - It was sent from Postal Zone 4 to Zone 5 at the cheapest rate, Ground Advant It cost $5.65. I was charged $18.35 for shipping. (wow!) I think I should be refunded $10 for the excessive shipping charge
