        The seller listed the item as "Like New". Upon arrival, all of the DVD's were scratched (some deeply) and/or blemished with finger prints, and the five I tested were defective (including the movies). The seller had the auction listed as "no returns accepted". I contacted the seller and told him to send me a return label, or I would open a case through eBay. The seller indignantly told me to go through eBay, and made me wait over two weeks for the return. Very poor customer service!

        This is a great box set for LHOTP lovers!

        This is an excellent box set for lovers of Little house. I bought this for my daughter and me to watch together anytime we want. A few discs look slightly scratched but I always get that in any large box set but they don't look too bad that it would affect the discs. I love that it has the pilot movie and the other movies too as well as other bonus features. The box that looks like the house is one of the main reasons I bought as well, its so cute. I know this is a gift we will continue to treasure for many years.

        Faulty dvds

        So far I have gone through 3 seasons and episodes 2, 3 or both on each disc WILL NOT play. I cannot understand how the first and last episode on each dvd plays fine and one or both of the middle episodes will not. I have tried different players and cleaned players and still get the same results.

        Love my purchase!

        This is my favorite show ever! I've been watching it since I was a little girl and now at 45 years old I still watch the season's over and over, even though I know every single episode by heart. As soon as I am done with all 9 seasons I will repeat them again and again. It came in perfect condition— brand new and sealed in the package, never opened just as described. Very happy with this purchase!

        Little House on the Prairie series is the best

        LOVE this series, good messages, no smut, good clean entertainment. Loved watching this as a kid and I still do. They don't make great clean entertainment like this anymore. Great for the whole family. Good lessons on many subjects but entertaining with wonderful stories. Love the characters. Great example of a wonderful father and mother and family and struggles and happiness. I laugh and cry watching these.

        An outstanding TV shows series!

        This is thus far the best DVD series I had. It is a true reflection of life and our relationship with God. . The questions being raised in the film are some of my questions, too. I am glad the show provides me the answer. The troubles in life are exactly being presented. This is the best investment I have had.
